Teacher salary

Being a teacher in my opinion is the most important job on the planet. Without teachers, our youth do not learn. I believe that we are losing a lot of educated young men and women right out of college to other fields because teaching do not pay a lot. It is time that our government start paying teachers more money and making the occupation more marketable.

computers in class

I did not have an experience with computers in school, although I do remember using typewriters. My first time using a computer was in undergrad. and that was a learning experience. Because I had used a typewriter, I did have the keys down; the problem was navigating through the programs. I do believe that technology can be an affective tool to use, especially in the classroom. I plan on using the computer as much as possible. At this point I really do not know how I plan on using it, but I am sure it will later come in handy.
